We had an amazing experience taking a charter to MetLife stadium! The bus was on time and followed through correctly with all instructions! We will definitely be using bus rental again in the future :)

It has been 30 days since I cancelled my reservation two days after making it...I am being charged 30% penalty even though I purchased cancellation insurance..what a joke- should have read fine print. Cancellation insurance should cover 100% of cancellation fee, not $500 of a $6000 charter!! I paid $50 for the insurance...what a freaking rip-off....AND the company said I had to cancel through their online system, but it would not recognize my password and I never received a password reset email, even though I sent at least a dozen requests (yes I checked my spam folder, all my folders...NO RESET email ever sent). This company is a ripoff, they have terrible customer service who never return phone calls, and they steal your money. DO NOT USE

The “people” part is five-star: helpful, timely and courteous! The problem was the website management of billing status. It doesn’t log payments correctly. I was not at any time overcharged, but it didn’t register existing payments.

My experience with busrental is truly wonderful. We had an amazing time on our trip. Our driver, Leo, was really great and accommodating. My only suggestion is to have a better way to distinguish the bus. That would've been the icing on the cake! Otherwise, no complaints.

UPDATE: Upon posting this, I heard from US Coachways within 15 minutes. They confirmed with me that they did not find the camera, but reached out to the depot to ensure. I am glad to have the loop closed with this and to be updated. INITIAL REVIEW: I am sad to review US Coachways this way, but when it comes to customer service, they have been shady and unreliable. I have been reserving 55 passenger charter buses a few times a year through US Coachways over the past few years with no problems, but recently, as soon as I required something that didn't directly relate to sales, they stopped replying to me. One of my passengers left a $500 digital camera on the bus, I contacted them within a week or so of our trip, my sales representative forwarded me to an assistant who was going to help me retrieve the camera, and then they stopped replying. I called, sent multiple emails, and even tried to email customer service beyond the two reps I usually work with- all with no reply. This experience has been really frustrating as I have not been able to close the loop on this lost item. It would be nice even if they lied to me and said, "it couldn't be found", but instead they just don't reply.

The bus service was excellent. The driver was very courteous. The bus company provided detailed information. I would highly recommend their service.
