Our Bus Driver George was absolutely amazing! He was so understanding and made the trip a breeze. I highly recommend him and his services!
Wish the air conditioner worked on the bus. Otherwise our driver was great and very accommodating. It was a successful trip and definitely worth it!
It was extremely easy to book with Bus Rental. The price was competitive and worth it for the convenience of not having to drive. My guests were happy with the cleanliness, comfort, and overall appearance of the bus. Driver arrived on time and helped with all the luggage. Overall, it was a great experience and I would look to them again for any future travel needs which I expect will increase.
I called several other bus companies. No other company took the time to help us. Mr. Darren Williams worked diligently to assist us with my daughter's guests’ transportation. He was very patient & highly professional. The Company delivered on their promises. We were perfectly pleased with their service.
The booking process was a little rough but after some back and forth, we got everything situated. Also struggled to get someone on the phone after my initial booking (wanted to confirm payment was received) but email response was quick. Our driver was on-time, polite and safe. Overall good experience.

The experience of booking the trip was a bit nerve-wrecking because they don't actually confirm that you get the charter until the day before or a couple days before. I like to plan way ahead and have things confirmed much sooner than that, just in case of unforeseen events. The charter was great and the trip turned out great for everyone involved. Their vehicles are very nice as well.

Service was excellent. The agent assigned to my trip, Paul Conti, was extremely helpful in the planning of the trip and always available to answer my (many) questions. The bus driver, Odell, was courteous and very accommodating. I would highly recommend the company!
If I could give this company NEGATIVE STARS I would. We hired them to shuttle our wedding guests from the hotel to our wedding venue and THEY NEVER SHOWED UP!!!!! More than 75% of our guests were 30 mins late to our cocktail hour because they were all waiting around for the shuttle. Once enough time passed and my father in law called a million times with no response my guests were forced to call Uber or drive. This company is an absolute disgrace! WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!
