Terrible Customer Service- Updated
UPDATE: Upon posting this, I heard from US Coachways within 15 minutes. They confirmed with me that they did not find the camera, but reached out to the depot to ensure. I am glad to have the loop closed with this and to be updated. INITIAL REVIEW: I am sad to review US Coachways this way, but when it comes to customer service, they have been shady and unreliable. I have been reserving 55 passenger charter buses a few times a year through US Coachways over the past few years with no problems, but recently, as soon as I required something that didn't directly relate to sales, they stopped replying to me. One of my passengers left a $500 digital camera on the bus, I contacted them within a week or so of our trip, my sales representative forwarded me to an assistant who was going to help me retrieve the camera, and then they stopped replying. I called, sent multiple emails, and even tried to email customer service beyond the two reps I usually work with- all with no reply. This experience has been really frustrating as I have not been able to close the loop on this lost item. It would be nice even if they lied to me and said, "it couldn't be found", but instead they just don't reply.
