Have used Broadway Travel for 3 years now to book our holiday in Cyprus. On the whole the booking was manged very well BUT the arrangements at Paphos airport were dire! This year Broadway had used an agent (MTS GLOBE) to organise onward transport to the hotel. This agent had one desk and ONE person acting for many companies. Hence there was a very long queue. When I finally got to confirm details I was informed there was no taxi [obviously it had been used for some other customer]. Had to wait over 40 minutes for our pre-booked taxi to return for myself and husband, NOT GOOD AT ALL. Last year with the Broadway Rep there it worked like clockwork. Broadway have let their customers down and need to re-think using this agent.

They took a long time to get back to me after my email enquiry and needed prompting, but Christopher was helpful and sorted out a booking after that.

I am somewhat a fussy customer. However, this not impact the service I received throughout whilst searching through alot of options. Communication was excellent, my needs were understood and met numerous times until we finally found "the one". Clare was absolutely amazing. Her patience is to be awarded!! She walked me through everything step by step and took all the hard work away of searching for the perfect holiday. A service that is appreciated when you have a busy life. Cannot thank her enough. She definitely deserve a few glasses of vino after dealing with me!! Thankyou so much. Unlucky for Clare I will be contacting her when I am ready to look for our next holiday 😜 Sorry Clare!!!

I booked through Broadway travel as Ive used this company many times before and have found them a great company to deal with and have had wonderful holidays. This time I booked again and had a very helpful friendly person called Todd Armstrong. He was patient, very thorough and very diligent. He took his time and explained everything. The holiday itself was value for money cheaper than other companies for the same hotel etc. I would recommend this company

I usually book holidays myself online, but having used Broadway before, I decided to give them a ring instead. Ronnie Jones went over and above booking my holiday, making sure I got every detail that I wanted. He was polite and professional but friendly. I have the most wonderful holiday booked at a really reasonable price. Will certainly be calling Ronnie for my future holidays.

I’m taking my time to write on trust pilot, to talk about my experience with Broadway travel the person I spoke to was Fred. Fred was absolutely amazing every step of the way to booking our holiday. What an amazing company Broadway travel are, and how fabulous it is to have somebody like Fred Speaking to you on the other end of the line reassuring you and putting your mind at ease with every step of the way with every question that you ask or you might have. Fred made booking a holiday very simple and answered all questions in a polite manner straightforward no jargon. Every thing went like clockwork. The taxi at the other end didn’t materialise for over an hour but neither did anyone else’s coming back was brilliant.for the price we paid couldn’t fault it. Lovely hotel, food all fresh and plenty of it. We don’t normally go back anywhere but would certainly go again.

Clare made the whole process so easy! She took the time to really listen and understand what we wanted from a family holiday and provided lots of suggestions without any 'hard sell'.
