I initially went for the promoted 7 day holiday but changed to 10 days and upgraded to BA flights.

Cole was very professional. And indeed did ring us back straightaway. It’s a shame we had to pay MORE because we are disabled. Still, you live and learn don’t you.

We been booking our holiday to Madrid for last 15 plus years with broadway travel, same hotel vidamar Madrid resorts. Fabulous service by broadway travel and fantastic customer service.

I contacted you regarding an offer for for Vidimar hotel in Madeira. The date I chose was £687 but when I went to book the price changed to over £800. However the person I booked with was very helpful and got the holiday a bit cheaper. The calendar prices are misleading. However your agent Philip was very good and did his best to get us a slightly lower price.
