Disaster at the airport
Have used Broadway Travel for 3 years now to book our holiday in Cyprus. On the whole the booking was manged very well BUT the arrangements at Paphos airport were dire! This year Broadway had used an agent (MTS GLOBE) to organise onward transport to the hotel. This agent had one desk and ONE person acting for many companies. Hence there was a very long queue. When I finally got to confirm details I was informed there was no taxi [obviously it had been used for some other customer]. Had to wait over 40 minutes for our pre-booked taxi to return for myself and husband, NOT GOOD AT ALL. Last year with the Broadway Rep there it worked like clockwork. Broadway have let their customers down and need to re-think using this agent.
