I’m taking my time to write on trust pilot, to talk about my experience with Broadway travel the person I spoke to was Fred. Fred was absolutely amazing every step of the way to booking our holiday. What an amazing company Broadway travel are, and how fabulous it is to have somebody like Fred Speaking to you on the other end of the line reassuring you and putting your mind at ease with every step of the way with every question that you ask or you might have. Fred made booking a holiday very simple and answered all questions in a polite manner straightforward no jargon. I have booked before with Broadway travel this is my fourth trip with them and they make everything so easy each of the customer services representatives that I have spoken to on my previous trips have been made easy Peasy, when you speak to people that know their job and have a passion for it, this comes through each time thank you for your service.
