Booked several cruises with broadway travel cruise and always had the best service and support . Would highly recommend as they take care of everything and help and support with any issues from support with a disability room to accommodating my several foster children in cabins to suit .

Well where do I begin. Kirsty from Broadway travel certainly went the extra mile to help us with our out of pocket expenses and followed it with a result by pursuing compensation for flight cancellation under EU regulation 261/2004, which she actively took on on our behalf and we soon received compensation for the cancelled flight. I am absolutely delighted with the efforts and the communications from Kirsty and the Broadway Travel customer service team as a whole and would have no reservations in recommending or rebooking with Broadway travel group in the future. A huge thanks once again for your efforts and for the constant updates, it really meant a lot.
