Just booked a great trip with a lovely guy called Todd. Have to say I was sceptical at first as got the info from Facebook but Todd and his manager were amazing. I have all the information I need for our booking. Todd was so lovely he searched for the best deal for us and called when he said he was going to . He always messaged first to make sure it was convenient for me to talk. Absolutely great service and will certainly use you again.

We have booked many hols with you. This was competently arranged by your advisor. As a person with hearing difficulties the only issue was understanding what was being said…particularly when it came to reciting the terms of business. Much easier if you just put this in an email. And, please, always train your staff to talk slowly and with good diction.

I didn't get a booking confirmation so thought Id made a mistake and rebooked. I then got two confirmations. Rectified and refunded within a matter of minutes; nothing was too much trouble. Great service
