Service is absolutely top notch from broadway travel cruise. This is my second cruise booking with them & both times I had the pleasure of booking it with Amanda. Nothing was too much trouble, I had multiple prices for multiple cruises but we’ve finally settled on one next year. I honestly can’t recommend them enough. The prices are better than I can find anywhere else. The response time & simplicity of booking is great.

I would tboroughly recommend Broadway Travel .I have been holidaying with them for 10 years now and have always found the staff throughout the booking process and the customer care service, to be informative, helpful and friendly and any queries or concerns are quicklydealt wiith.It's also great to be able to speak to an actual person! Their holiday prices are also hugely competitive, travel arrangements are well organised, and accomodation so far has invariably been of a high standard. I have made 5 calls this morning, including 3 to Customer Services and waited 20 minutes but still no answer! I am really not impressed with the after sales service and my friend and I have not yet been on the holiday. Very worrying. I have also had several Verification codes just to get into My Booking!

Followed a mail shot. Rep sorted details and am now waiting for the trip to materialise. Last trip booked with Broadway was excellent so have high expectations of this one.

Very helpful and polite advicer everything went smoothly and answered all my questions the only downside was I could buy the same holiday on line cheaper and wouldn’t match the price
