I had been pricing up the cost of adding a 3 night cruise to our Florida holiday booked with a different tour operator, and had been recommended Broadway Travel by a friend who had done something similar in 2024 and found they were able to offer the best deal. Now I am not usually a fan of speaking directly with travel agents and sales associates, having had poor experiences in the past with other companies, but having never booked a cruise before and not being fully clued up on what was and wasn't included, I dipped my toe in the water and sent a message via online chat. Within 5 minutes, I had been passed along to a cruise specialist and was well on the way to booking my cruise. Nobody I dealt with was pushy or overly insistent on selling me add ons or extras. I was asked if I had ever booked with the cruise line before and, when the associate realized I was a complete novice, she asked if it would be ok to give me a call to discuss what was and wasn't included and discuss all options. I ended up booking with a lovely agent named Chloe who was very knowledgeable and helped me weigh up if we did or didn't need a drinks package adding on (obviously we did), and did an excellent job explaining what was and wasn't included. The price was lower than all the other quotes I had obtained online and the service was exceptional. If you're unsure, I would highly recommend giving Broadway a call for a quote and would definitely use them again for future bookings!

As always Broadway were very good with my booking, I could do it myself as their website is very easy but I need the airline ref number as I require an upfront seat due to being very tall.
