After Sales Service very poor
I have made 5 calls this morning, including 3 to Customer Services and waited 20 minutes but still no answer! I am really not impressed with the after sales service and my friend and I have not yet been on the holiday. Very worrying. I have also had several Verification codes just to get into My Booking!
