I’ve been a loyal customer of Broadway Travel for many years. The sales team are very friendly, helpful and extremely informative regarding our holiday wherever we are planning to go..!!! Our sales team advisor today was Ianthe she was very helpful and very knowledgeable and got our holiday booked with ease..!! We (Mum 92 and me 70) used Broadway Travel to sort out a recent trip to Milan for a family wedding. Mark, our travel representative at Broadway Travel, sorted everything for us and quickly answered any questions and queries we had and we did have a fair few!). We needed assistance at the airports and both this and our private pick ups all worked seamlessly for us. Certainly a stress free trip all round, and Mark took the trouble to ring up after our return, to check that all had indeed gone well. We would not hesitate in choosing to use Broadway Travel for any future travel and holiday plans. Thank you Mark and all at Broadway Travel, you are just the best!
Becki was amazing, always returned my calls promptly. A lovely lady on the other end of the phone and nothing was too much for her. The reason I didn't give it 5* is because I have never had to sort out my transport to and from airport to hotel, to the ship and back to the airport. I am 75 and was disturbed by this. I asked can you and was told no sorry 😥
Having used BT before and had an excellent booking experience we were disappointed with our latest one. Heading to Vegas with two friends and we now have to pay to book our seats even though at time of booking I was assured our seats together would be included in our £5000+ holiday Update : Resolved within a few hours. Where do I start writing a review for Broadway travel, they are simply amazing! From start to finish the service was impeccable. Nothing was too much trouble, speedy response to my many many questions (first time cruiser), never made me feel like I was being a pain and always went above and beyond! Their knowledge of the cruising world is plain to see! A particular shout out to the lovely Sue, who saved my cruise from possible disaster following a change of dates! She persevered with me, was incredibly patient and worked tirelessly to ensure I got my dates sorted and even managed an upgrade for us. I owe you Sue 🩷 you are a gem. I wouldn’t hesitate using broadway travel for all your travelling needs. Their prices are also unbeatable. Already planning another cruise for next year and will most certainly be using their service again. Thank you so much!
