Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service
Brightside Health has mixed reviews from customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and professional, though some mention concerns about customer service and communication.
Therapist Joyce is amazing
I had a very pleasent experience and will be booking again!
Compassionate and honest. It’s what I need to hear and I get to say what I need to say. Thank you Brightside caregivers.
I have had nothing but very detail and understanding treatment from Brightside. I was extremely skeptical at first but k...Read more
Excellent customer service
Extremely limited available with providers. Near impossible to reschedule an appointment if the provider cancels.
I am not a fan of the constant check ins. Emotions change throughout a month, and when honest about situational anxiety or depression, it alerts the involved party.
The program is great it has helped me come out of isolation from grief!
Am adjusting to having a new psychiatrist and FaceTime. My doctor is very supportive.
have been very convenient to access mental health services
0/10 recommend. Their website wasn’t working for my first visit, the camera wouldn’t connect. I was emailing, using the chat feature and left 2 voicemails trying to reach someone to resolve the issue and to date, no one has contacted me. 5 minutes past the appt I was charged a $70 “no show” fee even though I was in the “room” and the error was their camera not connecting. I tried to cancel my next appt to give them time to get back to me on what happened, STILL no one has contacted me, I’ve left messages, emails and even the help chat on their website, I even messaged my therapist, NO ONE has gotten back to me and I was again charged a $70 no show fee when I attempted to cancel the appt well before the cancellation deadline. This service is absolute garbage.
I loved how Elizabeth Davis helped me with my journey. I have never felt better in my life. I have struggled with depression/anxiety most of my life. I would still be seeing her but now have a medical dr. for a pulmonary embolism so he's able to write my prescriptions. I appreciate Brightside being available to help me when I couldn't even leave my house. I want to thank you both for my care.
I just switched counselors last week, it's too soon to judge her. My previous counselor was really not much help, she always got off track and ending up in conversations about her and her family. I really need someone that will keep my focused and make solid suggestions to help me.
Excellent care. Easy to reach. Quick to respond to my messages. Schedule appointments when needed based off check-ins. Which by the way is a phenomenal way of tracking how I am feeling regularly. And the follow-up a few days after a medication change, superb! I don’t remember getting this quality of care and follow ups with an in person practitioner.
They are always kind and really help me through some tough times. The doctors and therapist are very understanding and willing to work with you to solve your problems.
It was timely and concise.
After being treated by brightside for nearly 4 months, I still have no idea what I'm being charged! Brightside has not sent in any claims yet, so I have no idea what I will have to pay. Other than that, the treatment and providers have been very good.
She has been a big help in supporting me & giving me ways to further understand my mental health. It is not a negative thing, but rather an illness just like other health related illnesses.
There is no emergency number if there are issues with your medication. I had an appointment on Friday for my provider to fill my prescription since it was empty. Which I do not think providers should let a patient go until their prescription is empty but anyway- my regular pharmacy had technical issues that Friday so I could not get my medication. I messaged my provider Friday but she did not respond until Monday. I went 3 days without my medication. That is not acceptable. There is no reason for me to pay $100 a month when I cannot get in contact with my provider. I switched to a different company.
The therapist listed well and helped me immensely
I appreciate the ease of online therapy. My therapist is very helpful in teaching me about my mental health issues.
It was so easy and convenient to connect with my provider. She’s a great listener and very supportive.
Wish healthcare providers can prescriber schedule 2 medications also.
Friendly and willing to help as much as they can. But are very limited in ways to help.
