Shows quite a lot of concern for you
Being able to hear finally. His memory of what I have told him and his concern for me.
Brightside Health has mixed reviews from customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and professional, though some mention concerns about customer service and communication.
Therapist Joyce is amazing
I had a very pleasent experience and will be booking again!
Compassionate and honest. It’s what I need to hear and I get to say what I need to say. Thank you Brightside caregivers.
I have had nothing but very detail and understanding treatment from Brightside. I was extremely skeptical at first but k...Read more

Caring professionals
I like my clinician. She listens to my concerns and we discuss my care collaboratively.
The therapy sessions are really very helpful. I feel like someone is really listening to me in both sessions that I take each week.
Michelle is great! She really tries to relate to what you are discussing and she is easy to talk to without feeling judged!
Really easy to use I was able to get an appointment right away and my caregivers are kind and knowledgeable.
I just love Rana so much, she makes me feel so good when I talk to her and she is teaching me different ways to deal with issues. I’m so very thankful that I meet such a kind and caring person.
When ever I have a question or concern the providers get back with me as quickly as they can. Very fast turnaround time.
Excellent support, easy to use, highly recommend!
Ashly my NP is wonderful!!
Brightside is awesome!! Instead of waiting months to connect with a psychiatrist, I met with someone virtually in a matter of hours. Value is comparable to what I would pay out of pocket with insurance. And my care provider has been compassionate and wonderfully responsive. Highly recommend Brightside!!
Once I discontinued sessions, I started getting billed for previous sessions that was already paid for. I contacted my insurance company and made them aware of the situation. My next step is to file a complaint with the Better Business Buero. IN REPLY TO BRIGHTSIDE'S REPLY... I had a co-pay that WAS PAID after each session. It was paid IN FULL AFTER EVERY SESSION. I have every email bill and can provide proof of double payment charges. AFTER I declined their services I got billed for sessions that was ALREADY PAID. If you're charging "weeks after" as stated in your rebuttal, then you NEED A BETTER system. People work hard for their money.. *NICE TRY Brightside with your "rebuttal". You got caught. In my opinion, Brightside is NOT THE MOST PROFESSIONAL. But just don't take my word, and look for yourself at the 33% of ~445 reviews, that state all of the billing issues, among MANY other complaints...
Went smooth
Fast scheduling and responsive competent provider. Lots of follow up so there are multiple opportunities to check in which is optimal for folks who have difficulty with that.
Odette has been a pleasure to work with.
Appointments are easy to make and the doctor is never running behind! My doctor listens to what I am saying and gives me options. She doesn’t just prescribe what SHE thinks is a good option, but instead talks through ALL of the options before deciding any adjustments or new meds.
My provider was a poor communicator and made me feel invalid in my needs
Keeping me sane with counseling for the mistreatment I am receiving from the union and my jobsince 2015
The only suggestion I have to improve Brightside is to allow for a little explanation on the weekly check in questions. For instance, I am feeling more depressed because I put my mother in assisted living last week. Or maybe I’m not eating normally because I get semaglutide shots. Right now it’s just a basic yes-no type response accepted.
My provider listened to my symptoms.
