I love my therapist she has helped so much and is so easy to talk to

It was very easy to connect with a psychiatrist who listened to my symptoms and continues to do so. I was immediately prescribed starter medication and I’m working my way up.

The care is good, I got the pills I needed, and I am happy.

I have learned a lot about myself and many useful tools to help me. I have really appreciated the help that I received.

So far I have been lucky to have had nothing but good experiences with both my psychiatrist and therapist. My therapist has made me feel comfortable and hopeful. I trust him which is key. Brightside, itself, has been a valuable tool and easy to navigate. I'm grateful that my insurance is accepted here, as well.

You guys are the worst........ I canceled my membership in October for over billing.....And yet somehow?? You billed me again?? No more..... Im headed to bank.....And possibily Attorney..... Refund my money and leave me alone........please!!!#

Good session

I love the convenience of the app and virtual visits along with the care I get from my psychiatrist. It makes maintaining my health and medication management that much easier. I can easily work a visit in during my lunch break and not have to miss any work.
