This is the first time I have used telehealth and I'm glad I did. I finally found someone who listens and understands what I am going through.

Behavior talk therapy was of little use.

I've had a great experience with Brightside. My therapist is awesome and helps me to make positive changes in my life. It's convenient with meeting online and has definitely improved my mental health!

I felt like I was being rushed the whole time. I expressed my concerns about behaviors and side effects and was told “well I’ll give you what I can but we don’t do controlled substances here” which made me feel like they were treating me as a drug seeker when mostly what I was looking for was more of the listening therapy side. I’ve connected with a new doctor and she’s amazing and had a diagnosis after the initial visit rather than being cutoff and told while I was still talking on the Brightside app “ok that’s all the time for today, see you next time”. So I’m officially done with Brightside.

I put off getting the help I needed for a long time because I dreaded finding a new doctor and having to take time off work. Brent has been amazing and the Brightside app has made my health journey a thousand times easier. Thank you all.

Flexible and Progressive Therapist was a great fit for my lifestyle and very knowledgable of different therapy methods. Pyschiatry NP was also very knowledgable and gave me the autonomy to handle my care which I really appreciate it.

She listens and actually hears what I say.

I can't recommend this app enough. I was very skeptical in the beginning I spent hours reading reviews not knowing what's real and what's not. I got clean 3 years ago and when doing so all my emotions I buried down for years came to the surface. My depression and anxiety were unbearable I spoke to my Dr and had my rx at my pharmacy the same day. It's been about 4-5 months now and my life is great. Any anxiety i do get is manageable I finally have my life back

They hide their fees and make it impossible to cancel which means they can charge you $70 for a no-show fee. When i say impossible to cancel, I mean it. There is NO cancel button. I tried canceling my account and they will only do it after 30 days. I can't speak for the counselors and their quality but this company is very good at taking your money.

Convenient and pleasant

I believe my provider cares and discusses side effects with me. She was in tune with some of the negative effects of my medication and made sure I understood.
