The providers are very helpful and professional and take their jobs very seriously

The only thing more unstable than a psychiatric patient are the providers at Brightside Health.

Counselors are knowledgeable, professional, non-judgmental and friendly.

I love this app, I have been able to find a professional who I feel comfortable with, it is very easy to schedule and they bill to my insurance. The only thing I have to worry is to be on time to my appointment and to have my device with charged!

Met with a psychiatrist who basically refused service and told me to go back to my old provider.

I think the program really tries to make a good match but it died by always work out. Times for therapy meetings is hard to accommodate and to be honest I did not match well with my therapist

The programs and ideas presented through brightside therapy worked for me and I am able to see how I can be in control of my own cognitive behaviors.

My therapist and psychiatrist have been really helpful in helping me deal with my behavioral health.

I was really apprehensive about starting my therapy, but once I got with my therapist, cried a little/a lot, we were off and running. I started off with 1/day a week, now doing one day a month!

The therapists are fine. Much too difficult to find appointment times.

The service has been okay so far. Customer service takes a long time to respond to emails. The psychiatrist has 72 business hours to respond to your online messages. I was able to get an initial appointment within a couple of days, whereas other companies I was scheduled about 3 weeks out. The user dashboard is not very informative at all - you cannot see your care plans/medical records or billing/insurance claims. The psychiatrist I met with was okay. They seemed very technical and changed my regime after hearing my complaints of my previous medication. I only saw them once before I got a notification that they were leaving. I received nonstop reminders to switch providers and to immediately meet with them. I am weary of scheduling anything sooner than needed because the billing is not very transparent and I have a high deductible. I only know how much I should owe because I checked my EOB from my insurance portal, but haven't seen any notification from Brightside.
