Therapist Joyce is amazing
I had a very pleasent experience and will be booking again!
Compassionate and honest. It’s what I need to hear and I get to say what I need to say. Thank you Brightside caregivers.
I have had nothing but very detail and understanding treatment from Brightside. I was extremely skeptical at first but k...Read more

Billing is horrible... I finally find a therapist i like after years of looking. And you guys can't even give me an itemized bill.
The best and easiest experience. They actually care about your symptoms and want you to get better.
My therapist has no idea what we've talked about meeting to meeting, never takes notes and once told me to take a break and leave the call 5 minutes in because I had issues at home and he thought that would help. It didn't, I was there to vent and seek guidance about the issues, not to mention i was billed for the whole session. I stopped seeing him after that. My psychiatrist doesn't even remember what we've said sentance to sentence, he's extremely cold and comes off as a narsacist. He asked me once if I had ever tried a medication before. I told him I had and did not like it and don't want it. He said ok and then asked if I had ever tried that same medication before. I also came in seeking help with attention issues and anxiety issues, he gave me a medication that doesn't help either, focused on depression, which I don't want and told me to see someone else about the attention medications. I am currently seeking treatment elsewhere.
First meeting with my psychiatrist was fine. For the second meeting, she showed up 15 minutes late and then waited until the day when I had only one pill left of my prescription and was about to be completely out, and then messaged me saying we needed to have a follow up appointment to refill it. So I was like we just met like three days ago. And she’s like oh yeah that’s right we did sorry. Seems very disorganized I don’t really trust them!
My therapist, Kathy is outstanding in every way! I feel she always hears me. She makes it easy for me to be honest about my feelings. Your staff has ALWAYS been kind and respectful. Each time I have had issues, for example connecting or being charged for an error that was not my fault, the problem was resolved immediately. I am very satisfied and have no complaints!
The doctor has shown Empathy and compassion and uthe standing during our sessions has helps with things.I can do.It's trying to get through my depression
It has been a great help and I’ve seen improvement in my overall health and my way of thinking
Very easy and open scheduling. My therapist and psyciatrist have been great. Just personaly refered them to a friend less than an hour ago.
I feel heard, not rushed and well taken care of. Fast and efficient. The check ins keep me on my toes and remind me to see how I'm feeling.
I was looking for help locally but everyone was fully booked or didn’t take my insurance. I was at my wits end and feeling hopeless. Then my husband found this app and I was connected with help right away! The universe connected me with exactly the right people to help me discover the love and life that I deserve! I highly recommend this to everyone in my community due to my experience!
Great therapist in my tough times.
They have really a blessing to me very kind and understanding
The therapist was great and the lessons were helpful. The psychiatrist was a bit inpatient but thorough. When I signed up I gave my insurance information and was under the impression they had checked with my insurance, especially when I got confirmation on my copay amount and my credit card was billed. BUT after just a few sessions my credit card started to get billed without informing me of any changes. I checked my settings and nothing was different. I was very confused because every charge had different invoice numbers. It wasn’t until I put the pressure on that I was finally told my copay was higher and it was my job to check with the insurance not theirs. If I had booked all the sessions they wanted me to with every reminder I would have ended up paying the same amount as out of pocket for one month which defeats the purpose of using insurance at all, but of course someone has to benefit, which I didn’t care since I was here for help. If I had known my copay ended being double I could have planned my sessions apart according to my budget. As someone that came for help, I didn’t think it was going to turn into one more thing I had to worry about. Check with your insurance before signing up, it’s a great place for therapy. I do recommend it. I would have loved to continue.
The lessons along with therapist. The reminders keeps you aware of staying on track. It's very informative.
My therapists, Alfreda and Janke, are terrific. They really listen and make me feel like I'm their only client. And, they're always there for me via messaging.
The therapist and psychiatrist r great. Im Having a hard time with the technology I wasn’t able to connect to my appointments a couple times. One of those times being tonight at 7 PM.
Brightside is great for many people but in my case it wasn't a fit. The therapist and psychiatrist were good. My issues are more complex and trauma related. Anyone with chronic/complex ptsd may have to look elsewhere for proper treatment. I followed the instructions to receive a copy of my medical records but none arrived and no response to follow up messages .
I have been able to schedule appointments easily and quickly. My therapist is fantastic. I’ve been seeing her for 4 months. She is really in-tuned with my mental health needs and is kind and compassionate. Billing is really easy as well. They simply charge my card after each visit. When I needed some billing support, the representative was very helpful, though the process was a bit slow.
I need more help with more directive approaches to my ADD. I am trying new meds and that is a start. I have trauma and I'd like maybe deal with that and still on what I am currently.
