The counselors and med management providers are caring, knowledgeable professional who truly care about their clients. They listen and help guide you as you continue with therapy and offer meaningful and useful suggestions so you can improve your mental health. The sign up process was easy and getting connected with the therapist and med management nurse was quick. I highly recommend them.

The therapist that I have worked with made all the difference! Glen was easy and fun to work with but she didn’t let anything slide. I came to my first session feeling broken and now I feel whole for the first time ever. I have had other therapist but none of them were able to break through my defenses . Glen did right off the bat.

I started therapy with high hopes, but unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing. At the beginning of my sessions, it became clear that my therapist had not read my messages—even though I expressed feeling suicidal. This lack of preparation made me question the point of reaching out for help in the first place. It has now been over two months since I began treatment, and I am on medication that doesn’t seem to be working. In fact, I feel worse than I did before starting therapy. I understand that healing can take time, but I expected better communication, support, and guidance from my therapist during this critical period. If you’re seeking therapy, I would recommend being cautious about choosing this service, especially if you need immediate help or feel vulnerable. update: after 3 months i’ve finally started to feel better. you just have to be patient with the process and commit.

Very glad i started meds with this app. I cannot go to a real life appointments, so here is very comfortable for me , works great.

Since starting Brightside I feel I have finally found the right fit. Looking for help is hard for me because I’ve had so many bad experiences with docs in the medical field. I saw 2 before Brightside. Both made me feel bad about myself. One put me down for medications I was on making me feel worse and embarrassed. I thought the point is to not judge. Left crying from both places. Found Brightside. They listened really listened, asked questions about myself, got to know me, no judgments were made, I didn’t feel put down or bad about myself. So far for me this has been life changing!

The Dr’a and service is great, very convenient. My only issue has to do with billing, I thought I only had to pay $30 per session, but it’s $60 per session due to insurance coverage
