The service has been okay so far. Customer service takes a long time to respond to emails. The psychiatrist has 72 business hours to respond to your online messages. I was able to get an initial appointment within a couple of days, whereas other companies I was scheduled about 3 weeks out. The user dashboard is not very informative at all - you cannot see your care plans/medical records or billing/insurance claims. The psychiatrist I met with was okay. They seemed very technical and changed my regime after hearing my complaints of my previous medication. I only saw them once before I got a notification that they were leaving. I received nonstop reminders to switch providers and to immediately meet with them. I am weary of scheduling anything sooner than needed because the billing is not very transparent and I have a high deductible. I only know how much I should owe because I checked my EOB from my insurance portal, but haven't seen any notification from Brightside.
