Waste of time and money. The app advertises a lot of things that it doesn't offer. The woman hated having to talk to me and made it very clear, we talked for 5 mins and she immediately refers me out to a real doctor! All of these virtual health companies are in the business of robbing people. Save your time and money!

My. Counselor is excellent. Your website is difficult to use. No matter what I log in to do, I'm sent through the initial sign-ups questions and asked to pick a plan. It takes 2-3 sign-in, to avoid that waste of time. One time, I was sent the same assignment, two weeks in a row.

My former phycologist was very compassionate, and friendly it may it very easy to open up about everything, I feel she has me going in the rite direction. My current therapist i can say the same she is very friendly and compassionate also makes it very easy to open up and speak to her .so far I have nothing to complain about other than I will miss Mrs Cruz and now I need to start all over with a new phycologist, all I can do is hope is also friendly and compassionate..
I've been to therapy before and was nervous about virtual but this has been a great experience. Both the psychologist and therapist are warm and friendly and act like they genuinely care. Scheduling is easy and getting messages to practitioners is easy also. Highly recommend.

They charge you like $150 just for missing an appointment. How is that encouraging people to get help ? Greedy, selfish company that doesn't actually care about the mentally ill. They will pester you everyday to fill out useless "checkins" and constantly email you. It's annoying especially when you literally are already doing the work. Increased my anxiety even trying to use this place. Website and app were also very confusing for me with limited instructions. Don't waste your time guys.

My Therapist is outstanding and very helpful
This place was horrible. They claim they offer a "free" 15 minute consultation. I filled out some paperwork and signed up for the 15 minute phone call. The provider I talked to signed on 4 minutes late and was rude and very unhelpful. The whole time she basically told me should couldn't help me and only suggested taking medication (mood stabilizers) that I had told her before that I didn't want. When I said I didn't want that due to the side effects she again said she couldn't help me and said "well, I'm going to sign off now". I then receive an invoice a few weeks later for $194. I asked what this was about as I only did the free consultation. They told me that referred to the evaluation paperwork I filled out and not the 15 minute phone call. So you're offering me free paperwork??? What? They do not make that clear at all, the psychiatrist signed on 4 minutes late, so they basically deceivingly charged me $194 for 11 minutes of an unhelpful talk. Don't waist your time with these people. For saying they help with anxiety and depression they sure increased mine a lot.
Mrs Gail has been amazing. I just needed someone to vent to every week who will listen and she's been amazing and doesn't judge.
