Worst experience I've ever had with a psychiatrist
This place was horrible. They claim they offer a "free" 15 minute consultation. I filled out some paperwork and signed up for the 15 minute phone call. The provider I talked to signed on 4 minutes late and was rude and very unhelpful. The whole time she basically told me should couldn't help me and only suggested taking medication (mood stabilizers) that I had told her before that I didn't want. When I said I didn't want that due to the side effects she again said she couldn't help me and said "well, I'm going to sign off now". I then receive an invoice a few weeks later for $194. I asked what this was about as I only did the free consultation. They told me that referred to the evaluation paperwork I filled out and not the 15 minute phone call. So you're offering me free paperwork??? What? They do not make that clear at all, the psychiatrist signed on 4 minutes late, so they basically deceivingly charged me $194 for 11 minutes of an unhelpful talk. Don't waist your time with these people. For saying they help with anxiety and depression they sure increased mine a lot.
