The mental health services offered by Brightside have been phenomenal for me. The psychiatrist I see has gotten me on the right medications, which have made a noticeable difference in my otherwise uncontrollable anxiety. My therapist is the best ANYONE could EVER ask for. She has successfully advised me on the use of non-medical methods to overcome and cope with ALL my mental health issues. Brightside has been an absolute life saver for me!

I love my therapist. She is easy to talk to because she is open-minded and non-judgemental. She's kind and listens, very well. I have made more progress with her in the short time I've been seeing her, than any other therapist I've worked with over the last 30 years.

I am always very nervous about talking about my past trauma. Jessica has made it so comfortable that I feel better after each of our sessions.

It has been okay. The therapist assigned to me has been wonderful. However, I cancelled one appointment and was going to reschedule when I could but didn't do it the same time I had cancelled the appointment. Maybe a few days or so later, I'm checking my email and there was an email stating for me to check into my appointment as well as one saying I missed my appointment and I did not set this appointment up, I'm not sure how it got to be that I was supposed to check in to one, which then followed that I had missed it and I owe a bill for that and I didn't set up this particular appointment. I'm not very happy with this at all. I'm hoping it will be waived so it doesn't go against my insurance. I do not feel it's right for me to pay for an appointment I missed that I wasn't aware about nor did I sxhedule it.

My experience wasn’t great. I told my therapist I needed a med that wouldn’t affect my sex drive bc that’s something I’m already struggling with. I also told him I can’t have any med that will give me the “vivid dreams” because mine turn into nightmares. The medicine he prescribed me did both. I understand that there’s always a chance to have reactions to medicine. I’m not new to this. I’m 38 and have been on a medicinal journey on and off since I was 15. He has poor judgement and lack of proper education to be able to have this job and prescribe meds.

My therapist has been wonderful to work with. Therapy can be messy but my therapist kept me on track to work on the issues that brought me to therapy.

I've had no issues with my medication, Kristen listens to me and works with me to get me well, not to keep me sick enough to stay on meds and in care for eternity. Your business is like an actual unicorn, nobody thinks they exist, buuuuuut...

Generally easy but not intuitive on how to contact in an emergency like for an emergency RX refill. Also not feeling my therapist; not clear how I select another one

The doctor I see has not given me the meds I have been taking and said he has to ask some other doctor before he could prescribe the meds I need. It's been over 2 months with no help. I had an appointment about weeks ago and he never showed up. Please help me find a doctor tor who will ask about the meds I have taken and which one's work for me and will prescribe the ones that help me feel normal without judgement Thank you, Tina Still

I always have a good, helpful session

Samantha is wonderful. she has been a tremendous help in my day to day anxiety.

My therapist Michelle, is compassionate and listens to me. She offers constructive feedback that gets me thinking. I know with her I am safe and she is always there for me if I need her. She is understanding and non-judgmental. I am so glad I found her.
