Overall the house was fantastic!!! I would love to rent from you guys again. However, my fiancée at the time, now husband, received a phone call a month before our wedding day saying we were not allowed to stay in the house we selected for the 3 nights and 4 days. We were coming from out of state, and these plans had been made months in advance. Disappointed that we were given this experience so close to our most special day. We eventually had to talk to the manager and owner of the home. Felt as though this could’ve been avoided if the system wouldn’t have let us.

I think your company needs to do a better job classifying your rental properties. You have more very pour condition units to rent than good ones. They are always dirty - which is a comment repeated between guests continuously - and furniture and beds are always in really pour condition. You seem to be unable to get owners to maintain their property in a satisfactory manner.

Average accommodations. Great Beach ! Staff was rude at check in. She had a attitude.

We used Brett Robinson Vacstion Rentals last summer to book our first beach vacation with our kids. It was an easy transaction and we loved our stay at Phoenix V. We will be using them to book our next summer vacation.

Construction prevented pool use, one elevator was broken and people were crammed in the working one, room was very poorly furnished and customer service was horrible.

This is our first time renting from Brett/Robinson and we are very satisfied with our choice.

We have had overall good experiences with Brett Robinson. However, in recent years our visits have been less than satisfactory. We spent our last two vacations at Phoenix 9, and we will not stay there again. The ladies in the office were very rude when they were there, which wasn't often as they opened the office late and closed 2 to 3 hours early every day. On the morning we checked out, they left a luggage cart outside our unit as if they didn't trust us to check out on time. Also, the unit was not thoroughly clean when we checked in: we found trash hidden between the chairs/windows and beside the beds, the drain cover was missing in one of the bathtubs, and the linen closet door had a peice of metal sticking out on the inside that scraped the washer/dryer whenever it was opened. In addition, there was a strong, rancid smell coming from the garbage disposal which was constantly teeming with fruit flies. We would not recommend Phoenix 9 to anyone, and we will choose another Brett Robinson property to spend our next vacation in.

We have vacationed with Brett/Robinson for the past 30 years with our family and have also hosted several couple retreats. we started out staying in the Phoenix units on the Beach but transferred to the Phoenix on the Bay when it became available. We have always been treated with great respect and the Brett Robinson Team has always gone above and beyond to accommodate our needs.

I would give 5 stars if they would send a reservation confirmation email soon after making reservation! But they don’t! They are very helpful if you need to change your reservation date. They only charge a $45 charge fee which is so much better than losing your reservation or paying full amount! We will always book through Brett Robinson!

We’ve been going to Phoenix properties for the last 25 years and have always been satisfied with accommodations, customer service and friendly staff. Family friendly and great locations. We even weathered a tropical storm in Phoenix West!

We have rented from Brett Robinson for years and have always have wonderful experiences. I can’t think of any problems we have ever had. They have always been most accommodating. And we are again looking forward to this summer vacation with Brett Robinson!!

We stayed at the Brett Robinson All Suites Hotel West in October, 2018. It is directly on the beach and the price was exceptionally reasonable. It is not a fancy place, it is adequate and functional and it was only my husband and myself so it was plenty big enough for the two of us. I think any more people, except maybe a couple of small children, would have been too many for the space. It seemed clean except for the floors which were filthy, I suppose that sticky sand is difficult to deal with because we have encountered dirty floors several places we have stayed in Gulf Shores before, I still do not like it though, even the carpet is funky. We were mostly happy with it until we were awakened at 4:00 am the last morning we were there, overnight the wind had shifted around to the north and the ductwork (or something) was vibrating and humming LOUDLY, there was no more sleeping and it was extremely annoying. We were happy we were leaving for home that morning. I do not know how often Gulf Shores gets a strong wind out of the north, maybe it was a rare occurrence, but I think it would drive me nuts to have to listen to that noise for very long and I highly value my sleep when I am on vacation. Right now I cannot say whether we would be willing to stay there again or not.

We have always had good stays in the Phoenix Condos. Well kept and maintained, with quick resolution to any issues.
