Love orange beach been coming for 9 years price keepsgoing up but the washing machine never runs right and if your going to charge large prices then clean skiff marks and repairpaint spots,if walls are dirty wash them,if we ask for a repair fix it before we leave
Great location walking distance to shopping and dining, and right on the beach. The building was having serious issues with the elevators. I actually got stuck in an elevator with one of the employees and they acted like this was normal. The staff actually put signs by the elevators telling people that if they pushed the “hold door open” button, that they would be responsible for the repair charges. That was just a little bit over the line seeing as it should be a normal function for the elevator to accomplish. The housekeeping staff would leave bags of used linens by the doors of units that they were making ready as well. Overall, great view and good location, But don’t expect to be overwhelmed anymore than you would be at a cheap hotel.
When my family arrived at your condo we went to our room with the a.c. out with temperature around 94 degrees. Front desk said no other room was available. Hours later a.c. man showed up but could not get the part to fix it till next day. I spent over a day with no a.c. Waiting so I could go to the beach with family. Having worked as a chef this service was not acceptable.It is said one unhappy customer will ten 10 people of their experience.I did not though. Maybe no mgr. that day.things do happen was upset no apology was given. But that is your right. No bad feelings on my part. Hope you have a good season.
Great vacation except for the rain. Booking was easy. Smooth check in. We had no issues, but it was nice to know there was 24 hour on site management if we had any. We are booked again for 2019.
Extra charges are exorbitant. Not only is there an additional cleaning fee but also a parking fee and reservation fee. The reservation fee does not make sense for those guests who do all the work of making their own reservations online.
We enjoyed our stay at Phoenix East II very much, but I’m a little put out with Brett Robinson. Three of the last four times I’ve rented I’ve found out after the fact that there are major renovations going on. If they were up front about things we could’ve chosen a different building. This condo unit was actually for sale, another thing we weren’t told up front. We were promised something for our trouble(putting our things away and straightening up for three showings),but that didn’t happen. The hot tub and indoor pool were shut down during our stay as well. Before renting again, I will be asking a lot of questions.
Excellent people to work with
This was a girls trip with my mom and aunt and the location was beautiful and the condo was great! We enjoyed being close to everything we needed and wanted to do and had perfect weather. Will definitely return.

Have rented from Brett Robinson for several years, very professional, I have never had a problem , but I have had another realty company that I rented from, it was a very bad experience. Iwould highly recommend Brett Robinson to others, thanks for helping us, when we need a vacation rental.
Wonderful experience. This was our first time vacationing in Alabama instead of the Florida. The property was super reasonable especially for the beautiful beachfront location and view. We stayed at the Phoenix IX which was more than what we expected and have decided this is our new yearly vacation spot. Thank you Brett Robinson and employees of the Phoenix IX for the extremely clean condo, a NOT break the bank price and the friendly professional staff. Would recommend this location and property to anyone. We’ll be seeing u soon for our 2019 fall vacation.
When we arrived our condo wasn’t very clean. The carpet had stains on it. We put in an order to get them cleaned. Our bed is very uncomfortable. We asked for a foam padding to help with the comfort. Debbie the manager said no. The heat vent in the bedroom rattled and it was keeping us awake. We put in an order and it was repaired and cleaned. The maintenance man said it was very dirty. The main entrance door weather seals leak causing a loud whistling sound during high winds. The balcony furniture is adequate but very uncomfortable. On a positive note, the condo has high ceilings so it appears more spacious.
We have been staying at Phoenix 5 Orange Beach AL for 8 yrs.from Feb 1 to Mar 15. We love it. The staff is unconditionally GREAT here to help us out in any way. The condo is clean and remodeled.
Family totally enjoyed the resort. We give it a thumbs up!
