This was the best and easiest to plan vacation that we have had! The condo was exactly as advertised, extremely clean, and was a great price. Brett Robinson website made this easy to reserve and we will be booking thru them again this year!

I have used Brett Robinson in the past with no problems but the only downfall this time was the lack of cable reliability and the fact that my son, daughter in law and grandson got stuck in the elevator and had to be extracted by the fire department. If they can fix the elevator issues I could give 4 stars

A good large room for our family. Loved the view, decor and the pool area for kids. The actual pool seemed too crowded some of the time and the walk to and from beach has to cross pool area( didn’t love that). Pool/beach walk area Maybe needs more lighting for night time. And I don’t love tile floors..can’t really remember a rug so it needs a larger rug area in living room. No major problems, area was clean and well kept. Loved the decorating in this unit!! (No cheesy white wicker and mirrors in living room ha). Over all it was a great stay😁. Just wish it wasn’t so expensive.😩

Phoenix X was a great place to vacation for our family. We loved the access to the white powdered sugar beach, a bar next door with live music, an outdoor pool and an indoor pool. We found plenty of restaurants, local shops, and a grocery store nearby. We had a couple of maintenance issues in our condo and Phoenix X had someone look at them immediately. Unfortunately our dishwasher quit working and we had to handwash dishes, but it didn’t ruin our vacation. We’ve already booked for this year again. We will be trying out a different, updated condo. Very child friendly place to stay. If you stay at Phoenix X, make sure you check out the church service next door. Very friendly and welcoming!

Everyone was friendly and nice. There were games and socials to go to. The condo was nice and the beach view was awesome.

After arriving and spending the first night in the original bookingI requested moving to another condo with a walk in shower. I thought when booking the first it had one, but it did not. My 85 yr old mother was with me and can not step over a tub rim. After several attempts by the manager on site she was able to find one in the same building and allowed us to move immediately. We have stayed in several of the properties at different times. This year and last we spent the month of January there and have enjoyed both the 6 and 7 building. So much so we have already reserved the same one for the month of January of next year. Thank you Brett Robinson for your help and consistency. ( that is not saying there are not little quirks but that is everywhere and they address it quickly)

The process was excellent from beginning to end. Would not stay in this vacation property again.

The location, the views, the quality of the condos, the pools, and the beaches were just what we’d hoped for when we planned our 2018 family Christmas vacation! We would highly recommend these condos to anyone! We rented two 3 bedroom / 3 bath condos for our family. The condos are roomy and the decor is bright and new. Large sliders give way to million dollar views of the Gulf beach. Hotel trolleys and shopping carts made moving in easy from the 6th floor parking garage. We did have some trouble with the air conditioning in both condos (A/C not cooling and water leaking). Thankfully, temperatures were mild so it didn’t ruin our vacation though we believe the management should be more attentive to residents over holidays. Maintenance did arrive in a timely manner but the problems were not resolved. (This was addressed at checkout, also, but no apology was given and there wasn’t a sense of regret on the part of management.) Because some of the rooms don’t have exterior windows (two of the bedroom windows face a hallway), the bedrooms got warm at night. This was not enough to downgrade the rating I gave these condos but is an issue I believe should be addressed. (Thankfully, we’re a generally happy family and didn’t want to let anything spoil our vacation!)

Have been using Brett-Robinson since the mid 90’s and staying at Phoenix Ten since it opened. They have always been top notch!!

I LOVE that in phoenix 1 - 4 you can use all the amentias

The Condo I stayed in was beautiful and very clean. Only problem I had, I had to leave early due to severe health problems. They would not refund a 250$ deposit even with me showing documents of my health issues. Ifeel like if there is proof of a legitimate reason for leaving early, the deposit should be given back.

Have rented from Brett/Robinson at the Phoenix properties for many years. Have always had a great experience. All the condos have had excellent amenities & have been thoroughly spotless upon arrival. Cannot wait until our next visit!

We were there for 5 nights and 6days and everything was so comfy and nice enjoyed every minute of the vacation . Had all the conveases of home . So well worth it . Plan on doing vacation there next coming year also . The location on the beach is all anyone could ask for a beautiful gulf side balcony.enjoyed so much . Words can’t say enough .
