We had some issues, most were taken care of, several were not. Maintenance was supposed to replace the ballast in the kitchen light. Never returned. Maintenance was supposed to add another bottom trim edge on the main entry door on the outside but never returned.

Unusable to use balcony from Jan4; with no compensation for rent. Tv mounted on wall, in living room, no stand or shelf, components on the floor. Light over sink in kitchen out, maintaincy has tried to fix it twice.

Our last stay was at the Island Winds East. We LOVE the location of this condo, and the rooms are fairly spacious and well appointed. And who can complain about the view? We did notice a very strong paint or paint thinner smell during our stay. I shrugged this off as it was Thanksgiving, and when else can they do updates than in the Winter. However, I couldn't find any evidence of better looking paint. These condos are overall outdated for a B/R property. New paint on the walls and some sprucing up would go a long way. We will stay here again for location. The only other B/R properties close are the All-Suites and Phoenix Gulf Shores. After seeing a friend's room at All-Suites, we won't stay there. It looks more run-down than most of the hotels around. And we wish we could stay at Phoenix Gulf Shores for a decent price, but it's very high, especially in the summer. We stayed there in the past and it's amazing, but it's not affordable. B/R is great, and we have stayed at nearly 3 Phoenix properties and IWE, all of which have been very comfortable and clean. More updates on some properties would be great, and with a little more consistency among properties and opportunities for better summer rates, I would definitely give 5 Stars!

Our experience with Brett-Robinson has been a pleasure. They have been very helpful with our vacation plans. We have used them for the last 5 years. We enjoy the convenience of the property and kindness of the staff. We have never had any issues during any of our stays.

The rooms were amazing. Lots of space, very clean and an amazing view! The pool was supposed to be heated and we made several requests at the office... we were told every time the heat would be turned on, but 10 days later and the pool was still ice cold. That was disappointing. Also, a hot tub would have been great, so kind of a let down there. The beach access was great and we were mostly happy with our stay. Might look for a heated pool and hot tub next time. We stay 14 days and those are important to us

Location and room was excellent. Elevators were messed up majority of the trip and staying on higher floors was a big inconvenience with luggage, groceries, coolers, etc. The same thing happened the previous year when we stayed here with my mother. Very frustrating. Will probably lead to us staying elsewhere in the future.

Brett/Robinson is the company that I have used for many years. I have had very few problems with condos they service.

I had to cancel our reservation 2 months prior to our visit, and we were still charged a cancellation fee. I thought with that much notification the fee should be waived.

I booked last minute and was very pleased with my accommodations. Check in was smooth and fast. The unit was clean and well maintained. I enjoyed a very peaceful week get away!

great pricing and properties

The condo that we rented last summer was very clean and comfortable, felt like home to us. We are going back this summer.

I have used Brett/Robinson for years. Started going with a group of friends in the eighties to Gulf Shores and found this company to be the best bet for booking our condos. Gulf Sores/Orange Beach is a great get away and my husband and I try to get there in the fall or winter months and when we are ready to book our condo or hotel room we call Bret/Robinson. Looking forward to fury trips.

Great location!! Room was nice and clean. I was disappointed in the condition of the elevators. The floors in them were unsafe with broken tile. The hallway floors between the elevators and the rooms on our floor needed cleaning/attention.

The condo was nice but outside around the pool there were people cooking on the grill and it smelled like they were burning tires. It smelled so bad we had to use the indoor pool. Imagine when you think of your vacation and the first thing you think about is the awful smell coming from somebody’s stinking food. It really was terrible.

Everything from booking, check in, property maintenance, ect... EXCELLENT!!!

Disappointed in the furnishings. The wash machine made so much noise that you couldn't hear anything when it was in the spin cycle. I am surprised the neighbors didn't fuss about the noise. The kitchen table was about 3 foot square and not very stable. This condo had the most uncomfortable chairs and lounger that I have ever sat on. The oven door would not open so you could use it unless you removed the knobs on the doors under the sink, This condo may be ok for someone on a weeks vacation that are spending all their time on the beach but it isn't much for a month long winter renter. We have stayed in several Phoenix Condos over the years and really enjoyed them but this one needs some attention.

This is the third time we've used Brett Robinson rentals. It always goes smoothly so we keep coming back. We've stayed at the Phoenix X each time and have enjoyed the whole experience every time.
