We have stayed at the Phoenix All Suites East several times. It is our first choice when visiting Gulf Shores because it is convenient to our favorite places.

We have been using Brett/Robinson since 2013. When and if we did have a problem he made sure it was addressed. Thanks for the memories.. Woodclan

The website is user friendly providing information and many pictures of each unit to help in making a decision. The staff is always ready and courteous to assist in any way.

The only thing I wish you had is some type of insurance. We are older and don't know if we will make it down here. First payment is due 60 days before we arrive and if we don't come that is a big lost in money. The workers were very helpful.

We have rented with Brett/robinson for 9 years and recommend the company. They are professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Issues are address promptly. Price points are excellent.

This is the second time we have used your company- it is great! We had an issue at the condo and someone came out in a timely manner to check on it. All the people we have dealt with were very polite and pleasant.

I talked with a lady at Brett/Robinson and she gave me a price, then when my statement came in, she upped the price. i called her and told her, she said it wasn't her. I got dealt a bad hand. it was too late to canceled, it would have cost me the money and my grandchildren would have been disappointed! I hated the condo, it smelled bad. I will never rent from you again!

Everything went very well from the reservation to the check-in and throughout the stay. The front desk personnel were very warm and professional, adding to a wonderful experience all around.

We’ve used this company several times and each time was awesome!! We’ve never had any problems, easy check in, plenty of space and right on the beach for a great price!

Our last visit we booked at the hotel. Check in time was 3 pm it was almost 5 pm. The receptionist said we would receive a $40 refund on our credit card, it never happened! We have stayed with Brett Robinson many many times! I do think it is very expensive!

This is our first time working with B/R, it was a pleasurable experience. Their pricing is out front and factual; their communications have been timely and clear; property description was accurate. Their onsite staff at Phoenix 6 have been very responsive to our needs. We would work with them again for future seasonal rentals.

Phoenix All Suites was a great place to stay! I was attending a weekend event at The Hangout. Phoenix All Suites was right next door and my other family members were comfortable just hanging out there in the condo. Lots of room, adequate towels, adequate dishes, etc. ensured their comfort.

We have rented through Brett/Robinson many times and most of the time the experience has been very good. Occasionally there might be an issue with the property, but if so, it is usually taken care of quickly. In general, we are very satisfied with our experiences.

Friendly staff, clean 1 bedroom condo with beautiful beachfront views. Have rented many times. Great long weekend getaway for couple of any age. This is our “go to” place to stay in GS.

Beautiful view at Phoenix West II. Nice condo layout in 3 bedroom units. Parking is very handy for someone with physical limitations. Price is fair, although cleaning fee at almost $300 is high for a marginal job. Brett-Robinson staff is very cordial and helpful.

I love dealing with Brett Robinson, anyone I have ever talked to there have been the nicest and most helpful people. The properties I have stayed at have always been fantastic. I would recommend using them to anyone.

This will be the 8th time we have come to a condo thru Brett/Robinson in Orange Beach. We love that all buildings have a balcony and a view of the beach. Appreciate the indoor as well as the outdoor pools. The buildings are kept up very well. The staff is accomodating and friendly. It’s great for people of all ages! Our grandkids count the days until they can come dto OB!
