We loved our stay here. The accommodations are wonderful. The view is outstanding! The Phoenix Gulf Shore staff are friendly and helpful.

We had a wonderful time. Great location. The house had some issues, but Brett/Robinson staff did a wonderful job trying to make things right. A special thanks to Vickie and the maintenance staff.
The condo is very nicely decorated but it is small for a two bedroom. In order to close the door into the toilet or shower you must step into the shower.. looking at pictures of the condo on the internet i expected the master bedroom to have access to the patio instead of a glass wall. Overall I was not satisfied.
We have stayed at Phoenix 5 and 10 over the years through a different company. This year we went with Brent/Robinson and are staying in Phoenix 6. It was a good choice, the staff here is super, they make you feel like family and it is the special things that go on here. We plan on coming back to Phoenix 6 again next Winter.
Bed broke 1st night . It was r,epaired next am.promised new bed as repair made with old parts found in basement by service man. Still waiting on new bed.just another promise from Brett Robinson crew. Patio covered with chips from building rework. This was not to happen which we were notified after we had rented with down payment.notice to desk no action so mess was cleaned by us. Weak water pressure for showers mentioned by other guests also. Rented from you in the 90s & early 2000s. No problems
Easy to work with, promptly sent maintenance for issues regarding condo
Loved the location. Unit had a beach feel. Really liked the set up. Lighting in living room needs to be replaced. Not enough light to read after late afternoon. My biggest concern, balcony furniture too low and too heavy to move. We were not able to use the balcony like we wanted to. Hope those two issues are fixed when we come back next year
We generally had a good experience. The two reclining chairs are getting to the end of their lifetime. Not much we can do about a lot of noise from the unit above us with furniture constantly being moved around. We notified the security about it and at least it stopped latter at night. The view is magnificent from both the balcony and the inside facing west.

Condo was nice, we loved the people in Alabama so Kind and Friendly everywhere we went.
Great location Condo needs to be updated
As soon as we showed up after driving from northwest Louisiana, room wasnt ready, wasnt booked and they charged my card 3 times for the cost of the room. And if theres any doubts from the company that this isn't true. I have proof.
Have stayed for over 15 yrs but last year had to wait until 6 PM to check in. Also I thought this was a family friendly condo but there was open can alcohol in the lazy river and loud music, so not so good for children and young teens.
B/R does a great job of managing my favorite beach condos, The Phoenix at Orange Beach.
JOAN AND JOHN MELSSEN PHOENIX IX, CONDO 1405 This was our first stay at Orange Beach and through Brett-Robinson. Based on the information on-line and from friends who have stayed here, we were disappointed in the condition of the condo. After seeing other condos in this building and visiting Phoenix West we feel this unit is on the low side of acceptability for rental. We are coming back to Orange Beach next year, but will go to Phoenix West, which we were able to tour and select a much better condo. We were happy with the overall amenities of the Phoenix IX building. We had some minor maintenance items and they were immediately corrected. The manager and staff were responsive and attempted to contact condo owners about our concerns. Overall the condo needs significant upgrading: The furniture is showing significant age and wear areas; the rug in the living room has rust stains. The bed in the master bed room and the beds in the double bedroom need replacing. The living room which provides 5 seats is sufficient for only 5 people and the condo can sleep up to 10. We purchased a recliner at our own cost for our guests to have enough seating. We will have the chair stored here for our return in 2020. There were two separate wall areas needing repair. The floors were very dirty, which we remedied by purchasing and using a Swiffer on a few occasions during our two month stay. One member of our visiting family felt there is mold in the vent of the 2nd queen bedroom that needs abatement. The dining room needs additional lighting. The coffee pot has seen better days and should be replaced.
First time to orange beach enjoyed our stay at Phoenix east. Enjoyed the surrounding area and great seafood people were very friendly . Will be returning next year!! Dave & Betty
We loved gulf shores ,but our condo not so good,we had cracked toilet seat, had black hair in the he shower, not the cleanest place had dirty carpet no working phone ,trouble with the tv, and the furnace ,sorry we don’t like complaining, Al and Audrey Vander weide
