The two women I spoke to at the location at 19326 Montgomery Village Ave. Were both very helpful when I needed to add an existing number to my account. They told me exactly what I needed from the old phone company (account #, transfer pin). The network is reliable hence why I've been with the company Boost for so long. It's also cost effective which is also important to me. Thanks for everything!

I switched to Boost from AT&T and for switching I received a free phone. This phone is slow and for some reason the internet at times I receive messages saying that Internet is not working. I have not been able to connect my cameras etc.
I just signed up so I have only the set up to comment on, but so far I am very happy with the survice and support. I switched carriers and Boost sent a tech to my home to set me up and he did a great job. I was up and running in no time, and now have Boost as my provider. The service works as advertised and so far I am a happy convert. I am a DISH customer and recieved a discount for Boost, the special price is great!!
Boost ime checker says I can use phone on network, Talking to tech support 2 times did not know why I could not connect, after a lot Of web searches and looking at at&t white phone list found out you can't boost use att and T-Mobile the tech support Should know that phone would not work on att, I tried to get them to send a T-Mobile sim but they will not as they want every one off t mobile and on to att,I asked for a refund as there is no service for 25 days but they don't want to do that even though they have 30 day guarantee I would say don't use boost mobile as tech support is incompatant
When I changed carriers prior to my working vacation I made it perfectly clear SEVERAL times that I was leaving for Mexico on Father’s Day and needed full service while I was there through the next week. I was told by the very pleasant agent that was no problem and it would be noted on my NEW account with Boost Mobil. Well guess what? No service at all the whole time I was there. When I would try to call home I was sent to a Spanish recording which I could not understand. When I tried to call the USA number, I was rerouted to Spanish speaking associates. I attempted to get help from our hosts but Boost would not talk with them as they were not the account holder. You have no idea how this has upset my family. I am almost 80 years old, with some health issues. My three children and their 8 adult children and all spouses were concerned beyond words when they did not hear from me and, when they tried to call there was a recording about being out of range or something to that effect. I can promise you that they will never have anything to do with your company. Since I have been home I have had three people ask me in a very sarcastic tone how my Boost Mobile phone is working now that I am back in Tillamook? I just smile and say nothing. It now works fine. Next week on July 2nd, I am headed to Indiana, driving across country. I will be home by the end of July, 2025. Am I going to have issues here also? If so I need to know now so I can find a FULL SERVICE carrier. I fail to see how such a simple request that the agent understood became such a mess. When I crossed the boarder into Mexico a message came to subscribe for service. I ignored it as this was to have been arranged PRIOR to my crossing the border. When I did call it NO ENGLISH. The location I went to here in Delaware OH the manager was very patient and VERY helpful. She got my new phone set up and showed me a few things and said if I needed any help to please let her know. I went back and she placed the screen protector on for me! Taylor is amazing!!!!
Very bad experience with boost... It is difficult to get my phone number back cause when you leave them, the PIN number they provided is wrong and I was in the middle of transfer could not receive phone text and call. They ask for security number to get another transfer PIN number. there is no another way to get that except to provide full social security number. It seems they just want to keep you number and block you to transfer to another company. anyway, really don't like them
