My experience with boost has been awful I have tried every outlet to get this issue resolved and nothing helped they cut my services off for 7 days bc I did no want to share my social security number. All my calls were choppy calls failed and so were my pictures I would try to send
I was hoping to get with boost to save money but you wouldn't except the phone I have nor would you let me buy one from you. But you sure took my money and told me you can't cancel until 07/02/2025. Nothing like waisting money, better cancel or I will report to BBB
The service has been good, but on three separate times my phone says no sim card, and I have to open up my phone to fix? reset? the sim card. I have never had to do this before! Is there something wrong with this sim card??
That call drops is worse than Xfinity wifi
I Was suppose 2 get a free Samsung A!5 or A16,,,for switching over. theres always some kind of glinch. I wouldn't have switched from my old company if I knew this
The price is unbelievable. 25 forever. I was with att, they raised my rates for 3 phones frontier 92 to 127, then 175 onw month, and I never authorized any additional charges. I left a 100 period plan with Boost before. It never went up, same bill for a long time. I am sorry I changed. I will be a loyal Boost customer again.
I needed more data so I bought a refill card, only to find out more data can only be added with a credit card. I can't be the only one to have complained about it because its absolutely asinine, but it's still policy.
I need to switch over so I went to the store and they helped me out very well. Very great customer service. Because last carrier didn’t want me to switch when I really wanted to they tried to even lock my phone.
My representative made all of the difference today. I was reminded fully of why I’m with boost mobile.

People have to call me at least 3 times before call will go through. Same when calling out. What The _!!!!!!!!!!!

I' ve only been with them almost a month, everything has been great so far, except my initial customer service call about a sim card, the agent couldn't answer it and she left it like that.I had to go to a physical store and received the very simple answer I, needed.
Service was great and very helpful. Took awhile but in the end it was great.
Sales associate was very knowledgeable and did not try to sell us on things we didn't need. She was able to answer all my questions.
The website is easy and friendly to use and set up your service. You can use an eSIM on your device and it’ll be activated within just minutes. The customer service is exceptional. They do what they say. They’ll call you back if anything happens and you’re disconnected they just really go above and beyond to try to help you. This was one of the best changes I have made Not to mention the fact the cost is better than half less than any of the other carriers and you have more than one service provider that can be used so if anything happens and one provider service goes down, you get to automatically utilize another service tower so just phenomenal love it can’t say enough great things about it
