Service, once active, has been fine so far. Getting signed up and my number transferred was a mess and involved multiple calls and conflicting requirements.

My grandsons phone quit working I didn't know what to do. I called customer service and they tried to help for over an hour. Eventually they suggested I take it in to a boost mobile location near me. We went to the Waterford location on Highland Rd. The gentleman that worked there was so nice! He listened to our issue and then fixed it!!! We were there for about 25 minutes. I was extremely happy and relieved that he got it working. I wish I would have asked his name! I appreciate him so much!!!

So far it seems ok, but when I turn it on after it's been off I still get the T-Mobile tone. Will it go away eventually? I haven't gotten any calls on it because of new number and have given it only to my 4 kids.

My service is spotty
The cost so far. Just started with Boost.
I dislike that my wireless signal is low compared to my previous wireless company. Especially when boost mobile promoted their speeds being faster than Metro by T-Mobile. It was a blatant lie where I live.
