I don’t like the idea of using Trustpilot (AI).
When we signed up there was a promotion for 1 year. The promotion was the first line at $25.00 and the 2nd line is at half price (12.50). We have never received this promotion and each month we call Boost and they promise they will correct our account and we will not have to call each month. This had NEVER happened and we continue to call and receive the same broken promise. We are very dissatisfied with Boost customer support. Can someone with authority contact me and correct this issue?
Improve on better signal and also faster internet feels like 3g speed

Boost Mobile has an awesome support team. Everyone I worked with was super helpful and understanding, even when I was dealing with a pretty tricky situation. They went above and beyond to recover my phone number after I accidentally ported it to a canceled line on my old account. Really impressed with their service!

I paid in full a new Galace S25..It didn't work..had it for 5days i was told I couldn't get a new phone or a refund..call Customer service 2day in a row they couldn't get the phone to work either .Bad service had a NEW phone I paid Cash $1500.00 they would not unlock my phone so I could transfer my service. So rite now I still don't have service on my phone..unless I return to boost service.. for 12 months..Terrible Service I'm telling everyone I Know not to deal with boost I work for the government I know a lot of people..Terrible service I was with you for 15 yrs..NEVER Again..
The representative was very informative and knew I was on a budget, so he made sure to provide me with options that fit my budget. I like that there is no contract and a good price with good service
Dish installer arrived to switch my iphone From Cricket over to Boost. He was here about an hour talking to different. Tech support people. He did install a SIM card. He left and service didn’t work. Next day I travelled to a location cricket store. The service person there did make my iPhone operational. Stated Boost did not cancel cricket so therefore Boist couldn’t take over. Service is spotty here. Dropped calls still and low internet access around peak hours. Not impressed with Boost so far. No brick and mortar stores near Rome NY.

I just purchased a rather expensive phone one of those S's you know the ones. I had to have it delivered to my home. I was very worried - think porch pirates. Boost kept me informed every step of the way. When they shipped it and where it was every moment. I was so nervous but boost made it easy. There was a 3 hour time frame for delivery and I was right at the door. Thanks Boost! Wow!!!
The service person that delivered and set up the phone was great. Friendly and informative. Service with boost is superior to all other phones I've had where I live.

First you took my money with out having inventory , said it would be two weeks to receive a phone call, then when I cancelled the order , says it takes 10 days to refund 160 dollars . To which it’s the tenth day now , still no refund . It didn’t take ten days to collect my money , even though you knew you didmt have the devices . How crummy
