The wrong product was sent. Still haven’t heard from company. I called and sent an email.
The website is very easy to navigate. Areas are clearly indicated where edits can be made. A confirmation is made both for receipt of order placed and when shipment has been sent. Delivery is usually made the day after order placed.
Wrong order was shipped. Representative was argumentative. I am still waiting on a return phone call from his supervisor.

I have not recieved my stamp. I've sent an email to the company "Shachihata" to no avail. Got a recording with i called the 800 number and my stamp needed to be presented to the lt. Governor on or before the 28. No tracking is available since the 19th of February. I did ckntact blumberg and the agent was looking into it and would call me back but i am still waiting....SUCKS
