There is nothing worse than receiving a call via your reception team from 'Black Sheep - she is expecting our call'. Yes you may have rung me about a year ago, but I do not keep a record of who has rung me and when you may be calling back. As a GP surgery we are battling with the everyday pressures of not only covid vaccinations, but staff isolating, patients demands etc. The attitude of the sales guy was horrendous - not a word of apology just a 'listen here' ... Customer service is not your forte obviously. Please do not ring us again.

Good product knowledge and useful information regarding the transfer of supplier. Friendly correspondence and prompt emails to keep me up to date with the process.

Through persistence they persuaded us to go for a three year fixed contract in late August which in hindsight will save us a considerable amount in view of the way gas prices have exploded. The only downside has been that our current contract had 6 months to run before the company went into liquidation.

Very helpful arranging new contracts for my energy suppliers. Regular contact and kept me up to date as things progressed.

To pushy , have been put on a deal dearer than I’m on!

Renewed my contract in Jan 2021 for 3 years (new prices to come in effect from Jan 2022). The best thing I did and Chris Keown was excellent in explaining the process.

We have repeatedly requested this company not to call us. They just laugh. Latest scam attempt is, following a call when we yet again said we were not interested, for them email us requesting a 'permission letter' before a telephone 'consultation' part way through next year. Businesses that don't respect 'stop calling us' are not to be trusted. Caveat Emptor.

very good the agents seem keen to get things sorted quite quickly. Although they can come accross a bit pushy. Overall a good experience would reccomend.
