I was kept updated of delivery and they even rang to say they were one hour away. Bed delivery by two extremely polite gentlemen, taken to the room of my choice. Very happy with the service.

Prompt service..ordered on Friday delivered on Monday.lady on phone very helpful..her name is Sameera....had to pay £35 delivery charge as I live on 4th floor of a block of flats and to qualify for free delivery it's outside your front door only and I dont have any help because I live alone. Drivers took it up to my flat on the lift. Pleasant delivery drovers. Haven't opened boxes yet..too heavy for me so have to wait until my son comes on Saturday

Very easy to order, loads if information regarding delivery and driver rang to say how long they would be on the day. The chair beautiful good quality. Company a pleasure to deal with

Job well done by Tony & Darren who delivered our parcel today, keep us in the loop and a phone call to tell us they were on their way , even in this sweltering heat they managed to be very jolly chaps

The service I received was not great I received a call from the delivery company saying they were 30mins away and then get another call 10 minutes later to say they were there and couldn’t wait 5 minutes. I then got a call from the company office saying that they had been waiting 25mins which is incorrect as I checked the ring doorbell footage and should them at the house 10 minutes before they rang me to say that they were 30 minutes away. The response I got from the office was as though they were not interested in what I had to say even though I was 5 minutes away from home. Hopefully I need not have to use them again in my opinion in that line of work customer service is a key point.

Delivery very efficient and on time. Driver rang half an hour before delivering.

The delivery was on time, with ample notice given, and by two polite gentlemen who placed the goods in the most convenient place for us to unpack and set up. Brilliant experience, second time I've had BJS deliver... Great firm

Notified in good time of the time slot, and also got a call to notify of imminent arrival. Delivery people were extremely careful and took their shoes off when they entered the house. Carried ALL of the boxes to room of choice, they certainly got their exercise.

Great communication. Plenty of notice around arrival times which helped me navigate the school run around delivery time. Presentable polite and friendly .

What an amazing company, they came ontime and lifted the box in, it was very heavy but they put it where I needed it they smiled all the time and it was fantastic.

I fully realise that it is hot and everyone wants to get the job done asap, but sometimes it pays to just slow down. Your guys loaded the very old lift which has a sliding grill gate to close before the lift can move. Unfortunately, as the lift slowed down, but hadn’t fully reached the floor, he wrenched open the grill gate causing the lift to stop and jam. He was then stuck in the lift. He eventually managed to press a panic release button so he could get out, but the lift is still jammed. The lift maintenance company has had to be called. Otherwise, the bed is fine.

Radiator arrived damaged, so had to refuse the order and returned it.

Great service My second furniture delivery and it was again great. Friendly and helpful delivery team. Great sofa bed too.

Got a call bang on time, but couldn't really understand what was being said to me as it was very rushed. Understood essentially that they'd be round in 20 minutes maximum, which was fine. They arrived and I went to meet them out front, neither of them said hello to me, or even acknowledged my presence even though I said hello to them. Instead, they just carried on speaking to each other in a different language. They brought the goods round back where I requested, but they were not delicate with them at all. One of the boxes had a hole in it before they even took it out of the van. Then all the stuff was dropped off, and photos were taken, but matey boy is just standing in my garden on his phone, not telling me what he's doing, if I'm needed, nothing whatsoever. He gets a phone call which he takes on loudspeaker (which I then don't need to be a part of) where a previous customer isn't happy with them. During this call, he goes back to the van, and they drive off. Nothing said to me at all. Cheers fellas. Then, I get invited to do this review by BJS themselves. Turns out, there's documentation I have access to now, such as details suggesting there was no damage to the boxes (you could see the item through the hole in the box), and my signature - which I was never asked to provide. These drivers signed on my behalf. So any agreement to the service appears to have my consent and it absolutely does not. It's not my signature, I was never asked for a signature, these drivers spent 10 minutes on my property and (I wish I was joking) genuinely never said a word to me. This needs review. Absolutely disgusting customer service.

Arrived within the time frame phoned me half hour before arrival every thing went like clockwork
