Called OFS to provide the delivery address 2 days before delivery, who assured me the delivery company had been notified. Delivery company turned up at the wrong address. Called me to tell me they had arrived at the wrong address. Asked for the correct address. Didn't turn up. Received a call from their head office informing me I had attempted to change the address and he will fail the delivery.

Found their van parked up behind the house in my garden. The driver was playing on the swings! When accosted, the swing man admitted he had no parcel to deliver. When I asked if I could help with whatever delivery they were meant to be undertaking, they just said thay wouldn't tell me.

I had put in my order details that I lived in a 3rd floor flat. Both men argued with me that the company does not deliver to 3rd floors. Spoke with their manager who disagreed with them and told them to deliver it as it had been mentioned previously when ordering the bed. I was disappointed with this as they argued with me and infront of me

Team of 2 informed me of approximate delivery time and were 2 hours into the 3 hour allotted time. Took old sofas out before bringing new ones in. No issues except that I was asked to sign for delivery and once I unpack I hope the sofas are in good order. Marked down 1* although this is not the fault of the guys delivering. The one dealing with admin helpfully explained how to register a complaint should I need to.

Scheduled a delivery with this company, from a purchase made via Dusk.com. Process was easy and they rung and text to let me know when they were 30 mins away. The reason I'm giving 1 star is because the drivers (Gurpreet and Pardeep, names given in the conf email) let themselves into my house! They knocked once and opened the door, which is completely unacceptable. Fortunately my husband (he said they seemed surprised to see him) was home and caught them/took the delivery. If it had been a different day or even time, I would've been home alone with my children so it's a massive safety concern. I also have a dog who roams the downstairs and could've easily met them at the door...Not sure their reasons for coming into my house uninvited, and I'm sure it's not all drivers, but it's made me feel uncomfortable and I wouldn't choose to use this company again.

Didn’t call 30 minutes before as they said they would, said they knocked on the door and I didn’t answer which was not true, and tried to leave it on the lobby of my apartment despite the delivery cost of £20.

Arrived on time. Two very polite guys. Delivered in no time. Absolutely excellent service.

We were kept informed and your guys were on time and navigated a large sofa delivery into the lounge and were great to deal with.

Delivery on time, multiple updates about time of arrival and to check order and address. Removed old mattress and delivered new. Excellent as usual

Received an email day before with delivery time. On the day they phoned 45 minutes before to say what time they’d be here. Just as it said they would.

Friendly and helpful

The guys were very friendly and helpful. Contacted 1 hr before arriving so all good. TRACKING left alot to be desired, showed being 5 miles away as they knocked at the door. The only real down side was the BO. It's was so bad the hall and bedroom had to be liberally sprayed with airfreshner, after they left. Not good when entering people's property.

There was a problem getting the order off the van. No communication of the problem.

Do not use and avoid this company at all costs. Did not deliver my package and refuse to accept responsibility for this. The delivery driver lied. Customer services shocking

We have had three or four recent deliveries. All have been friendly, polite and helpful. Recommended.

Ordered a 2 + 3 seater sofa set. Was supposed to be delivered on Friday but got delayed till Monday and that too just a partial delivery made. The customer care was good but should improve their delivery services. Must value customer’s time and commitment. Lovely sofa though!
