Good communication. Delivery on time. Quick and professional.

The delivery company kept me very well informed of the expected delivery time and then even called me when they were on the way to my home. The instructions for access were followed from the information I supplied. The guys delivered on time, were very careful, very polite and helpful. 5 star plus from me.

Excellent service, very swift delivery

Good service! Kept in touch whole way through. Very responsive to any queries and delivered within the timeslots given with phone call from delivery guy about half an hour before arrival to ensure we were ready.

5*, the guys that delivered our mattress were friendly and got the job done quickly. The temperature was 32°c, hottest day of the year so far, well done for still working in such hot conditions!

The quality of the product is very good generally BUT the garden umbrella we ordered is faulty and a part for the garden sofa is bent. The communication with this company regarding these problems has been bad. They do not reply to emails and so far we have no idea if they have received the pictures they asked us to send them or what, if anything, they are going to do about it. I will have to call them AGAIN today. Not good enough. Poor after sales service.
