I recently had an item delivered by BJS as part of a high-value order. Unfortunately, the experience was quite stressful due to a serious lack of communication.
Despite emailing the company directly for an update, I received no response. There were no delivery updates, no tracking information, and no text or email letting me know when the delivery would happen.
The first and only notice I received was a phone call giving me just 45 minutes’ notice on the day of delivery—forcing me to leave work with no warning. For a company that specialises in delivering heavy, high-value goods, this level of disorganisation is simply not acceptable.
I understand logistics can be complex, but customers deserve clear, timely updates, especially when they’ve gone out of their way to ask for them.
Giving 2 stars because the item did eventually arrive and the delivery staff were polite — but the experience overall caused unnecessary stress and disruption.
