Excellent communication throughout. Delivery slot notification came the day before and with a 20 minute arrival time via telephone call on the day. The delivery was made to my chosen space in the house. Fantastic service. Thank you.

Richer sounds organised for this company to collect a TV and unpack and leave a replacement TV. The old TV was taken off a stand and there were huge issues in putting the new TV on a stand which BJS were paid and instructed to do beforehand. I repeatedly asked for the TV to be lower on the stand And they did not do this but instead raise their voice at me and said there’s nothing more we can do. The tv and stand they removed and replaced was identical and they simply had to put it the tv lower on the stand which they refused or were incapable of doing. They said We’ve been here over one hour and they left. The service I received is unacceptable and rude to be shouted out in your own house for a is unacceptable. It Does not matter how long it takes however the job should’ve been done correctly as that is what they will be paid and instructed to do. The stand and TV was identical and they simply had to put it lower on the stand which they refused to do. I was literally outside my house requesting them to come back in and do it properly and they just got in their van and left. Totally and utterly disgraceful service. 

Compared to other courier services I have had, BJS stood out as very quick to respond to my order,and expedited a fast professional delivery.

Brilliant service. I got a three hour delivery slot, a phone call stating they would deliver within 30 minutes. The two delivery guys were really polite and respectful of my property, highly recommend.

On purchasing items I was given the delivery date between 2nd and 8th June..I had to contact customer service on several occasions to ask when order would be dispatched... Communication could have been better... Items received 30th June.. can't fault the service of the delivery..

So happy with service, both gentlemen were very helpful and professional. They phoned me before arrival at my house to give me enough time to arrange my time. The product delivered to my room and they collected the old mattress. The whole process completed in less than 10 minutes. Thanks

They gave me a 2 hour window for my delivery ahead of time, and called 30 minutes before to inform me they were close. They were efficient. I have no complaints.
