Drove at excessive speed on a private road. 21/06/2025, I sent an email to BJS asking for them to have a word with the idiot driving one of their vehicles, not only ignoring 2 large signs, stating private road - no unauthorised vehicles, but also 15mph and footpath signs, whereupon this clown drove up and down it over 40mph (semi-rough farm access track - also public access footpath) I'd hate to think what the condition of the goods they were delivering would be in, after such a display. Anyway no response from BJS (delivery receipt confirmed it was delivered to 2 email addresses) so thought I might offer a word of warning to anyone considering engaging their services.

Very professional and good communication with delivery times

The two men delivering the bed did not have the option of shoe coverings to take the items upstairs and chose not to remove their shoes or even ask me if I wanted them to. On carrying the items at the stairs, they knocked a picture of the wall which then smashed. At first glance they told me that it was not broken, but it was in pieces all over the floor so clearly was! One of them mumbled an apology and the other did not say anything. I was not at all impressed with this delivery and would strongly recommend that DUSK DO NOT CONTINUE TO USE THIS COMPANY TO DELIVER THEIR GOODS

Delivered on time by a friendly delivered team who put the mattress exactly where I wanted it. Really great service from start to finish.

The company met it's commitment. Prior to delivery, the communication was excellent; very quick and always helpful. The item, a very large TV, was delivered on time and the delivery staff were courteous, friendly and professional. Strongly recommended.
