Fast delivery My kids they love it

Delivered within the time scale given, called to give a more precise time.

My new mattress arrived within the time slot by two very friendly guys and they delivered the mattress as per my instructions.

Delivered earlier time than originally advised and called me beforehand to let me know. Very pleasant delivery men.

They messaged the night before with a 3 hour slot and called when they were 30 minutes away. Delivered to the room requested no issue.

This is the 3rd time I’ve bought from Dusk and each time I’m so impressed by the accurate, detailed communication from start to finish. Well done!

I paid a large fee for delivery of a mattress to a room of my choice. On arrival, the two man team tried to convince me to leave the mattress in the downstairs hallway because it was heavy. They then had me speak to someone from their office to accept liability for marking the walls because they are white and the packaging is dirty. Eventually proceeded to take the mattress to the upstairs bedroom, only to drop the mattress and damage the bedroom door. One of the team tried to blame me for the damage before telling me not to worry as their office would call me. Their office called twice because the first answers were not saved. I was told to contact the retailer to deal with the damage. I was assured the damage would be reflected in the notes. The next morning, I received an emailed delivery note. This note stated no damage to the property and was fraudulently signed by someone with my misspelled name. Avoid this company. Shameful, rude, unprofessional and fraudulent.

Delivery men , rang to let me know when to expect them . They were both very helpful and placed furniture in room of my choice . They were polite ,efficient, nothing was too much trouble to them . Certainly deserve 5 stars .

Guys phone me 40 mins before to say there on there way. No concerns with anything kept me updated thanks for good service guys

Kept informed of progress of delivery.At one point received a message to say the driver of delivery van had been taken ill.Howrver they still managed to deliver mattress a couple of hours later.Really good customer service.Thankyou.
