Text and email two days before delivery was due asking for confirmation that intended delivery date was suitable. Text evening before with 3 hour time slot and a phone call an hour before delivery to update on exact time of delivery. Really straightforward and helpful.
On time, well packaged, polite delivery
Delivery was fine but 1 item missing. Have been chasing and following up ever since but no update on when that item will be delivered. I was informed that the item is available at their warehouse but wasn’t delivered.
The communication pre delivery was first class, with updates as promised and 3 hour timeframe for actual delivery , and call 30 mins before arrival ensured that someone was home to accept delivery during specified time.
Yes quite happy with the delivery and able to track until our order finally arrived at 4.00pm. The guys took the box upstairs to our chosen room so all good here.
I was very impressed by the delivery person who was not only courteous but actually pointed out a slight damage to the box, took a photo of it and advised me what to do it the item inside was damaged. Never had that before and it was very refreshing that they cared about what they were delivering. He is a credit to the company (as I’m sure all their delivery people are based on this).

The delivery drivers were very courteous and friendly. They telephoned regularly to update on their progress. The company were speedy and efficient with the delivery.

Window of 11am to 2pm given; called at 11.15 and told they would be there for midday. Van turned up at 1.30. Maybe some lessons in politeness required as staff (one in particular) unhelpful and surly. The bed was assembled OK. I normally tip staff when delivering like this - the only tip I could give them was find another job!
My bed was delivered exactly when they said it would. The two gentlemen who delivered my bed were helpful and polite. Great service

Delivery to my elderly, disabled mother completely messed up even though I had spoken to BJS 4 weeks before delivery and agreed a morning delivery slot. Now there is going to be no-one present to make up her bed once delivered. Thank to you BJS she will be sleeping on a mattress on the floor! Terrible service would not use. Lady I spoke to was completely unhelpful.
