What is very frustrating with this courier is the fact that as a self employed bathroom fitter I was told by email the day of the delivery that the shower tray would be delivered between 16.00 and 19.00. So off I went to work to return at 16.00. At 13.00 on the day of delivery I received a phone call to say the driver would be with me in an hours (ETA 14.00). So why send the earlier Email???? If they say a tie why the hell don't they stick to it????

Second team came to sort a problem with previous delivery (item hadn’t been taken to room of choice). They were helpful, polite and efficient - excellent service!

All nice, quick and easy. So quick, I didn't really have time to interact but the guys seemed nice enough and left the parcels exactly where I asked.

They did not try to deliver I was sat outside waiting. I had guests coming today and now they have nowhere to sleep

The guys where very friendly, very professional and gave us precise information on time for delivery.

The mattress was received on the day it should within the 3 hour timeframe that was given. It looks great but on sitting on it it feels soft but we are hoping that as it u winds it may get firmer. Looking forward to sleeping on it tonight.
