Brilliant delivery to room of choice. Drivers polite and helpful

The could hardly speak/understand English, when I realised how large items were I asked if some could go into next room, which was refused making it impossible to unpack so I had to move some myself. Another item I asked to be turned they refused thus too. They rolled boxes leaving one item badly damaged which has to be returned, they broke a garden light

I was kept informed all along and when the 2 men arrived they were very careful and nice. Definately recommend.

Delivery arranged to suit us, and promptly arrived. Only negative is items not unpacked as so.e companies will do for similar delivery charges.

Courier company delivered within the 3-hr time slot. They called and texted me in advance to give me a more definite time. I asked for the x6 heavy boxes to be wheeled down the side path and around to the back garden. I had made access really easy. Despite them having a trolley, they said ‘no’ and left all the boxes with me at the front of the house.

well it arrived. thats about the only good part. was given a 3 hour time slot, phoned to say they would arrive in 45-60 minutes; arrived about 1hr 40min after phone call. upon arrival he was talking on his phone asking me my name which he asked for 3 times as he was walking away from me. it was quite a strange and awkward encounter, I did not know if he was speaking to me or to someone on his phone. he placed my package in the hallway and mumbled something all the while still on the phone, again not knowing if he was speaking to me or not. then handed me his phone to speak to said person on the phone. Although the package arrived in the allotted slot and in good condition the uncomfortable and awkward experience from the delivery team was a very big let down.

The delivery happened in the 3h delivery window scheduled and the gentleman who brought the sofa were very careful and friendly.

The delivery was arranged promptly, I was kept informed when delivery was due and was contacted on the day with a 2 hour window, which was great. The gentlemen who delivered my item was courteous and friendly and placed my item where I requested. I would definitely use BJS again. Thank you

The delivery guys were paid to take the furniture upstairs. They didn't do this, telling my wife they had already done more than they were paid to do. This was a lie as they were paid to deliver the furniture to the bedroom on the first floor. This left my wife and I to try and get the furniture upstairs, which was very challenging. Don't bother using them.

Brilliant service..Rang me 30 minutes before delivery and put it where I asked them to when they arrived… Also handle with care…Would definitely recommend

Hello. I ordered a wardrobe with 2 drawers and quite honestly when they say you buy cheap you get cheap. I also ordered some chest of drawers which I have no problem with but the wardrobe is nothing like the on line pictures. The drawers are a completely different shade to the wardrobe doors and the inlay is brighter in colour than the doors themselves. In fact the inlay goes with the drawers. There is no indication on line that the inlay is a different tone than the main door finish. If it wasn't so comical I would be anoid. I need storage and have had to put on te hinges and screws as per directions but it is obismal. Do you intend to do anything about it?

Very good communication regarding when in stock and delivery days and times when. Which they adhered to. Couldn’t ask for a better service.

I have a very serious bone condition and am disabled as a result and thanks to this disgraceful company I am now have to decide between my old now soaking wet mattress due to the heavy rain as outside my property and I’m not physically able to drag it back in the house, so will have to wait until my husband gets home from work or sleeping on the floor this delivery company’s 2 man team refused to deliver new mattresses citing H&S as it’s too heavy to life up my one flight of stairs to the bedroom despite this being the service I had pay for and they kept demanding I refuse delivery. My son insisted they deliver the new mattress to at least the front door, so they went to the back of their van and pretended for 20 mins to unload. They waited for my son to leave and then just drove off without delivering. They also refused point blank to take my old mattresses despite it being fully encased in plastic wrap, again claiming H&S because it was slightly damp from a passing shower. I would add that the drivers pulled the plastic coving apart as well. Although annoying it’s not the end of the world as my local council will take it for cheaper and I’ll just a refund but Not delivering my new mattress is a massive deal because the old one was replaced because it physically hurts me to sleep on with my health condition so is an essential replacement. The delivery drivers x2 men were rude, aggressive and kept making what I can only assume were nasty derogatory and insulting comments in another language although I fully understood the words smelly and *B***ch. The most laughable thing is the delivery drivers are falsely claiming that I was going to go call the police on them??? What exactly am I going to call the police and waste their time for? I can imagine how that phone call would go. “Hello police, the mattress delivery men are being belligerent, obnoxious and rude and refusing to do their jobs because they say my new mattress is too heavy” The police would quite rightly laugh at me and tell me to get lost. This has got to be one of the most outrageous lies ever told by delivery drivers who don’t want their job. I am now left with no new mattress to sleep on and with a serious health condition. I will add that I equally hold mattressman responsible for going with such a poor, low grade, lazy delivery company. I will add that this is happening on a Saturday and this diabolical company’s customer service is closed until Monday
