The large cardboard box was appropriate for the glass Product it contained. I was grateful for the supportive and professional help the Delivery Man provided and that he delivered it into my bathroom, ready for the Plumber to access when he arrived later in the afternoon. Thank you!

You have sent an email saying our order is completed and in the hallway. It hasnt been delivered. You told me delivery was attempted but no one answered but someone was home. On the phone I was told I would be charged for redelivery but how do I do this? I was also told someone would email proof of delivery and this hasn't happened either. Your email also states that someone would call 30 mins prior - this didn't happen and if it was attempted a voicemail wasn't left for me.

Only 5 of my 6 boxes where delivered. The delivery man himself told me it was missing because it hadn't been loaded. But he signed the proof of delivery himself as if all the boxes had been delivered. Will never use again and we never buy anything from Dusk again.

Arrived on time, but did not have the actual item with them as they had neglected to load it onto their vehicle.

Delivery was on time, and we were kept informed from the time we ordered up until the delivery. Delivery men were polite and efficient. The chairs are beautiful and extremely comfortable and look amazing, they are a very good match to our existing dining table

The guys that delivered my dusk order were great, they were within the delivery time frame with an update phone call to let me know exact time. The order was brought up to my second floor flat (even though the rain made the boxes awkward and wet to carry!) and left where I asked it to be. Very good delivery company, thank you.

I paid to have my mattress delivered to the room of my choice. I thought that included stairs. There was no mention of a limit. The delivery folks (of which there were two) carried it up two flights and I had to do the rest. I am small and not strong. Two more flights. It was terrible. Limits on how many stars delivery folks will do needs to be clear. I hope that’s not too much to ask.

On time, phoned ahead, took the items to the room of our choice and friendly too.
