Disappointing

The could hardly speak/understand English, when I realised how large items were I asked if some could go into next room, which was refused making it impossible to unpack so I had to move some myself. Another item I asked to be turned they refused thus too. They rolled boxes leaving one item badly damaged which has to be returned, they broke a garden light
