On time delivery and delivery driver was perfect and put loads of effort in taking heavy items upstairs for me, top job.
Mattress delivered within the time slot on the requested day as promised. I received a call about 30 minutes before the delivery to let me know they would be arriving soon. The delivery man was polite and efficient.
Delivery process wasn't the best. The 2 seat sofa was well packed and undamaged. I live in an over 50s building and the front door is wide to accommodate wheelchairs, but the box had to be squeezed through. The 2 man delivery left it in a corridor outside my flat. Luckily a passing electrician helped me carry it inside. To be fair, I was well informed of the date and time of delivery, and they called me an hour before they arrived, so that was good.
The 5 items of furniture were delivered on time and quickly taken upstairs (despite being very heavy). The men were careful, efficient and polite.

The two man team turned up and said they were not paid to take to the room even though I had paid the extra. The item was then taken up the stairs and my wife was told it would not fit up the 2nd, which are actually larger than the first flight. They then left the bed in another room. To rectify this I will now have to spend more money through task rabbit as it is a 2 man job. I would not recommend or use again.
2 delivery men arrived and soon exchanged our mattress for another as arranged. The guys were quick, efficient and polite. Good service.

Two extremely helpful young men delivered my heavy table. Not very easy to manoeuvre it into the dining room but they were obviously experienced in their craft! It was a very hot day and they accepted cold drinks to take with them on their way to the next delivery. Very happy with the delivery.
This courier company is abysmal , they have done this twice now when delivering . Call at 0700 we will be with you by 0800 at the latest 0830 and turn up at 0930. No apology nothing , you give a 3 hour window don’t set expectations by calling and then being an hour late.
