Kept updated on delivery drivers were great

Really helpful and considerate. Took photos of box and reported damage to box without being asked. Nothing was damaged on opening. Very happy and satisfied with service.

The drivers were rude and refused to take the mattress upstairs to the bedroom on the first floor and made excuses they literally were more concerned about their delivery quota than customer service that was paid for. Then when I rang the drivers to ask why they didn’t fulfill their delivery properly they were again rude to me gaslighting the situation and very disrespectful and dismissive. Appalling service so I would not recommend this courier company. Worst experience I have ever had with a Debenhams order.

Khalid and Mohammed 'phoned 20 mins before arrival. They provided packaging for the item being collected and were prompt and professional.

The delivery team were professional, polite and prompt.

Delivery was on early and bedore the estimated delivery time. Very friendly staff. Would reccommend.

Driver called to confirm delivery address and said would arrive within the hour. An hour later I receive email that delivery is complete and receipt says failed, customer not home. But I was home and waiting! I have a small flat and buzzer, but it didn’t ring. I don’t know what happened or where my item is. Tried calling driver back but no answer. No obvious option reschedule or resolve. Outcome pending…

Had a telephone call about an hour before delivery from one of the delivery team. Couldn't understand what was said but enough to hear him asking for me to confirm my postcode and 1st line of address, I asked how did I know if they we're genuine, was given ones name and what was the delivery for. When arrived at house, delivery team not very pleasant, don't know if they'd had a long day, shame really 🤔

Have had 5 or 6 deliveries made by BJS and they have been brilliant. The team communicate well, arrive when stated, and work damn hard. We moved house recently and have purchased a lot of solid furniture most of which has been delivered by BJS. They have handled the challenges of getting large heavy pieces upstairs really well. Polite and respectful. Can’t fault them, a very well managed and staffed company.

Two gentlemen Tanveer and Samad brought in my beautiful fridge freezer to our room of choice. They were very professional and kind at handling tricky situations. As we encountered a super tight space to put the fridge through. We decided to remove the front door and they were really patient and helpful. When I asked them to unpack they did it quickly. They were ever so gentle to put the fridge through the door as they were worried it could scratch. I really really needed the fridge so I could not care less myself. But there is not a single scratch as it was handled by the professionals. I highly recommend BJS delivery service to everyone. One happy customer ☺️

BJS kept us up to date every step of the way, and got in in touch an hour before delivery, it was delivered by 2 men and they was really helpful to us , we had a problem which I am sure happens to a lot of other people if you buy from dusk , I purchased a snuggle chair chair and knew it would come through the door quite easily, but the problem was it was in such a big box, but the men kindly opened the box out side and got the chair out and it came in easily, we just had to get rid of packaging, they were so helpful and at 8 in the morning had a smile on their faces

None of the items have numbers or indication of what is what. Each item had a weird smell like food and now the whole wardrobe stinks. Worst product I’ve purchased wouldn’t recommend
